At Brick Army Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
